Coronavirus (COVID-19) Advice To Our Patients

At Taylor’s Opticians your health is of utmost importance to us.

You may be aware of the current outbreak of Coronavirus also known as COVID-19. We follow guidance from Public Health England and other regulatory authorities to continue to offer our patients and staff a safe environment to operate from.

We have hand sanitizer points within our practice and ample hand washing facilities to accommodate our customers and staff. We will ask you to wash your hands on entering our consulting rooms.

If you meet any of the following criteria, you should avoid coming into our practice:

  • A high temperature (37.8 degrees Celsius and above)
  • A new, continuous cough
  • You have travelled abroad in the last 14 days
  • You have had contact with anyone with COVID-19 symptoms

You should avoid coming into our practice if you meet the above criteria, if you have an appointment please contact us on 01928 732255 to rearrange your appointment. If you have an eye emergency then please contact us so that we may direct you appropriately. If you require medical help please call NHS 111 for advice.
